Contact the shop.

Greybeard Games is a sole proprietorship based in Oregon, United States, selling to US addresses. One person reads everything below.

Email

sales@greybeard.games — answered personally, usually within one business day. Include your order email if it’s about a purchase. Email is the fastest way to reach me and the best one for anything with an order number attached.

Phone

(480) 390-1043 — 9am to 5pm Pacific, Monday through Friday. If it rings out, leave a message with your name and order email and you’ll get a call or an email back the next business day.

On eBay

You can also message the shop through eBay as greybeard_games — same person answers.

Mailing address

Returns and post go here. It’s a mailing address, not a storefront — the shop is one person in Hillsboro, Oregon, with no counter to walk up to and no public showroom.

What to expect

It’s a one-person shop, so replies come fast during the week and slower on weekends. For anything about an order — shipping, returns, a question about condition — you’ll get a straight answer, not a script.
