Plain language, because a wall of legalese from a one-man shop helps nobody. Buying anything here means we’re both agreeing to what’s on this page.

Who you’re buying from

Greybeard Games is a sole proprietorship based in Oregon, United States. The same person buys the inventory, tests it, photographs it, packs it, and answers the mail.

What’s for sale

Used, secondhand video games, consoles, and collectibles, sold as individual pieces. Everything is pre-owned unless a listing explicitly says new. Condition is described and photographed per item, and the photos are of the exact copy you’ll receive. Every listing is one physical piece — when it sells, it’s gone, and the page stays up marked sold.

Greybeard Games is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, or any other publisher or platform holder. Trademarks and cover art belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the secondhand goods being sold.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include shipping to any US address. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and added at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe — Greybeard Games never sees or stores your card number. Your order is accepted when payment clears and you receive a confirmation.

Prices and listings can change until an order is placed. If a listing goes up with an obviously wrong price or an item sells in two places at once, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full rather than quietly substituted — you’ll hear why.

Shipping and returns

Free US shipping, out the door within one business day, and 30-day returns for any reason. The full terms live on the shipping and returns & refunds pages, and those pages govern.

Where things stand legally

Items are sold as described in their listing and photos, and nothing here waives your rights under applicable consumer protection law. Beyond that, secondhand goods come without a manufacturer warranty, and liability for any one order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
