30 days, any reason

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason. Changed your mind, found another copy, the shelf is full — all fine. No restocking fee.

How refunds work

Once the piece is back in the condition it left, the full purchase price goes back to your original payment method. If the return is my fault — the item isn’t as described, or arrived damaged or not working — I also cover the return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, return postage is on you.

The refund goes out the day the return arrives and is checked. How long it takes to appear on your statement is your bank’s call — usually within seven days.

Everything is tested first

Every game and console is tested before it’s listed, so dead-on-arrival should be rare. If it happens anyway, that counts as “not as described” — I make it right, including the postage.

Starting a return

Contact the shop with your order email and what happened. You’ll hear back within one business day with a return address — please don’t ship anything back before that.
